My objective is to design landscapes that reflect the clients' tastes, suit their needs, and enhance their sites.

My experience and abilities are best used in creating inviting gardens of long season interest, designing landscapes that compliment the era and architectural character of the house, making colorful perennial and shrub beds, finding and combining plants with interesting foliage texture and pattern. I also design and implement Master Plans that address the many "hardscape" aspects of landscape: paving, terraces, parking spaces, driveways, lighting, and irrigation.

My practice has grown steadily over the last fifteen years. I attribute this success to good design, knowledgeable horticultural practices, and conscientious follow-through. Besides designing the garden, I install and maintain it as required, including the hiring and supervision of subcontractors where needed.
